Session 1 (Clearing, opening & balancing)

Welcome to our first energy session together. The goal of this session is to balance the elemental components in the body, introduce the body to the energy work and begin to clear and open your system so that it is ready to receive with more ease in the following sessions.

I hope before you begin this journey, you have an intention for this work and have decided how you will measure and track your progress on this journey. This is one of the most important components so if you have not yet done so, please take your first measurments which will be your baseline to see improvements from session to session.


For this session and all sessions you may be lying down or seated up right whichever brings the most comfort. While I noted earlier that you may fall asleep in the first sessions, do not play these sessions with the choice to actively sleep through them. Being alert and connected to the work keeps our connection and the energy flowing to your system. It is ok to naturally fall asleep but do not play these and consciously choose to nap or sleep. This is your opportunity to deepen your sensitivity as well and tune into the body and what is occurring during this work for you. So prepare your space where you will be comfortable and not disturbed for the next 40 minutes or so. And feel free to pause this if you need before we begin. The energy work will begin with the guided meditation while I am simultaneously working through the physical body and after the meditation I will begin to work outward in the energetic, emotional and mental bodies so you have an idea of the progression of the work.
