Welcome Video and Important Documents

After watching this video you will find important documents for this work we will embark on together. The first is a sample schedule of how to do these transmissions. You should take 3-4 days between sessions, when you complete the last sesssion (Session 4) 5-7 days is recommended before beginning the sequence over. After this, those who are subscribed will begin to recieve more tailored sessions for specific areas of the body to concentrate the work or results based on your goals or if you have prior injuries and need more attention in these areas of the body. These sessions will become available every 21 days adding to your library of transmssions you can access along with other content to support you on your journey of health and abundant well-being!

The other documents are general guidance for new clients. This is for 1:1 clients but still applies with the work we are dong here with reccomendations of clothing, how to potentially track your progress, what you might feel. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have here or via my email listed in the document.
